🏕️ General Camping Rules

Keeping the Site Clean, Safe & Relaxing for Everyone

• Check-in is from 8am, check-out by 12 noon unless agreed otherwise.

• Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm – respect other guests.

• BBQs and fire pits allowed, but must be raised off the ground.

• Dispose of all rubbish in bins provided – don’t leave it behind.

• Respect pitch boundaries – no overcrowding or blocking access.

• No generators unless pre-agreed with site staff.

• Alcohol is allowed on site, but anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.

• No illegal drugs or misuse of any substances – you will be asked to leave.

 

🐕 Pets Policy

We’re Dog-Friendly – But Please Be Responsible

• Dogs must be kept on leads at all times while on site.

• Please clean up after your dog immediately – bins are provided.

• Aggressive or disruptive dogs may be asked to leave for the safety of others.

 

🎣 Fishing Rules

Respect the Water, the Fish & Fellow Anglers

• Valid rod licence must be held at all times when fishing.

• Catch & release only – return all fish safely.

• No keepnets unless in a match.

• Unhooking mats required for carp and larger fish.

• Barbless hooks only – no treble or fixed rigs.

• No litter in pegs – leave your swim as you found it.

• River Don fishing – children must be supervised at all times.

• No night fishing unless arranged with management.

• Do not damage trees, bushes or bank space around pegs.

 

🍻 Bar & Food Van Conduct

Relax, Enjoy – But Be Respectful

• Alcohol may only be consumed by guests aged 18+.

• Drunken, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

• Keep the bar area clean – use bins provided.

• No outside food or drink in the bar seating area.

• Children must be supervised at all times near the bar and food van.

• Any verbal or physical abuse towards staff or guests will result in immediate removal.

• Children must be supervised around water, near the bar, and in shared spaces.

• We reserve the right to remove anyone from site for breaking rules or behaving inappropriately.

• This is a family-friendly site – please act with respect and common sense.
